Rescuer Warns Of Sick Dogs At Aging Detroit Animal Control Facility

The executive director of Detroit Dog Rescue says her inbox is “flooded” with stories of sick dogs at the city’s animal control facility — the result, she reportedly believes, of the building’s age.
