Jane is a six year old Golden Retriever/ Shepherd mix who came to Detroit Dog Rescue during the Polar Vortex of 2014. She was literally freezing to death. Today, she’s come so far and is finally in foster care with volunteer Beth and her teenage son.
While in foster care, Jane is learning about manners and how to go on walks like a good girl. She enjoys strolling with Beth all over Detroit and is getting better and better on leash.
Jane needs to be the only animal in the home, but don’t let that deter you from this snuggle bug! This girl loves her humans!
Jane is the type of dog that we pride ourselves on. Although she’s taking some extra time to get adopted, we are proud to be able to help her through enrichment and with patience.
To help with Jane’s journey and provide her the resources she needs like medical care and food please donate to DetroitDogRescue.com/donate
